Trust and innovation on the rise
The Five Stars Award results from a rigorous evaluation involving 358,600 consumers in the analysis of 1,181 brands. In the car rental category, Guerin stood out among six brands assessed, achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 78.6%. Additionally, trust in the brand increased by 6.38% compared to 2024, while the perception of innovation grew by 7.52% over the same period.
The tests included focus groups, customer satisfaction surveys, and a market survey. In total, 1,886 consumers participated. This recognition consolidates Guerin as a benchmark in the mobility sector, reaffirming its commitment to customer satisfaction and sustainability.
