We are looking for a Rent-a-Car Advisor (m/f/d), for our Lisbon Airport station, to accompany us on this journey.

The challenge:

On a daily basis:

• Customer support;
• Delivery and collection of vehicles;
• Vehicle inspection (on delivery and collection);
• Documentation management.

Guerin Rent-a-Car is a Salvador Caetano Group company with over 30 years on the road in Portugal!

We are looking for a Rent-a-Car Team Leader (m/f/d), for our Ponta Delgada Airport station, Azores, to accompany us on this journey.

Challenge:

Promote a customer experience, through car hire and other associated services, with the drive Guerin, a journey made of people.

On a day-to-day basis:

- Planning infleets and defleets for the affected zone and the respective team;

- Managing your station/area's unproductive fleet, such as maintenance and logistical transfers;

- Welcoming and integrating new employees;

- Monitoring and on-the-job training of employees;

- Active participation in updating standards, ITs and the Quality Manual;

- Evaluating the team's commercial and operational performance;

- Drawing up the operational plan in order to achieve commercial objectives;

- Managing the P&L of the stations under his responsibility and creating action plans to improve results.

Your Profile:  

-Degree in Management, Economics or similar;

- Fluent English (spoken and written - elimination factor), Spanish, French, German, etc. - preferred;

- Proven experience in managing teams, business units or shops (retail, service management or similar);

- Autonomy in managing P&L and KPIs, as well as creating action plans;

- Experience in digital transformation projects for physical shops (preferred);

- Operational knowledge of E-Commerce (exchanges, sales, stock...) (preferred);

- Solid knowledge of Excel;

- Focus on customer satisfaction;

- Good communication skills;

- Agility to multitask, with a view to participating in several projects simultaneously;

- Focus on solutions, resilience and excellent skills in motivating, influencing and monitoring teams;

- Driving license for more than 2 years.
