The year 2026 began with excellent news for Guerin. The brand has once again been recognised with the Five Stars Award 2026, for the third consecutive year, in the "Car Rental” category. This distinction reinforces the brand’s commitment to a customer-centred, digital, and flexible rental experience, from booking through to vehicle return.
The Five Stars Award is an evaluation system that recognises brands, products and services that stand out for the excellence of the experience they offer to consumers. Based on a rigorous methodology, this award results from the direct assessment of thousands of consumers, who evaluate criteria such as satisfaction, trust, innovation and intention to recommend, transparently reflecting real market perception.
In total, 4,140 consumers took part in the evaluation for the Five Star Award, making this recognition particularly meaningful as it reflects customer perception and satisfaction with the Guerin experience.
Numbers that speak for themselves: the Guerin experience
In 2026, Guerin achieved a score of 7.93 out of 10, corresponding to an overall satisfaction rate of 79.3%.
