Guerin Convention 2026: the energy of a record year and a clear focus on what comes next.

Guerin Convention 2026 brought together teams from across the business and partners to look back with pride and ahead with high expectations. Between results, learnings and priorities, the direction was clear: increase agility, strengthen competitiveness and keep a culture of collaboration as a key driver of growth. 

In 2025, Guerin once again broke records in a year described as "undoubtedly fabulous” by Delfina Acácio, the brand’s General Manager. Throughout the convention, the main milestones achieved were shared and the collective effort that made it possible to go further was recognised, with the ambition to keep innovating and exploring new ways of doing things. 

If 2025 showed strength, 2026 calls for speed. The message was reinforced throughout the event: every improvement counts, and every improvement is a sign that Guerin is increasingly ready to respond better, faster and more consistently. With a focus on service excellence, operational efficiency and an ever more collaborative culture, Guerin enters 2026 with renewed energy and the ambition to grow sustainably. 

The convention was also a moment of recognition: celebrating the teams’ commitment and renewing motivation for the next steps, with the goal of continuing to strengthen relationships with customers and partners.  For Delfina Acácio, it was "another moment, another great initiative for us to be all together.” The General Manager reinforced her thanks to all Guerin people and partners who continue to move forward side by side, "sharing our excitement for yet another milestone.”
