Guerin Recognised at the 5th “Ser Kaizen” Webinar

Guerin once again stood out, this time at the 5th "Ser Kaizen” Webinar, an annual initiative by Grupo Salvador Caetano that celebrates the projects and teams that have made the most significant contributions to continuous improvement and innovation across the Group’s companies.

In an event marked by the sharing of best practices and the recognition of impactful ideas across various sectors, Guerin was distinguished for three of its projects. This recognition reinforces its commitment to more efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented management.

Digitalisation, Innovation, and Sustainability were the three areas in which Guerin excelled in 2024:

• Digitalisation of Vehicle Documents
  The introduction of a digital platform for sending Green Cards and vehicle documents has eliminated the use of paper in these processes. More agility, more security, less environmental impact.
  
  
• More Effective Claims Management
  With the new digital claims management system, the response to customers has become faster and more transparent, significantly reducing resolution times and directly impacting customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Sustainable Solutions on the Ground
  At Faro Airport, a more sustainable vehicle washing system was introduced, featuring water reuse and reduced chemical usage. An environmentally friendly solution that is already being rolled out to other stations.
