Rent-a-Car Advisor (m/f/d) - Lisbon Airport
Guerin Rent-a-Car is a Salvador Caetano Group company with over 30 years on the road in Portugal!
We are looking for a Rent-a-Car
Advisor (m/f/d), for our Lisbon Airport station, to accompany us on this journey.
The challenge:
To promote a unique customer experience through car rental and other associated
services, with the drive "Guerin, a journey made of people”.
On a daily basis:
- Customer support;
- Delivery and collection of vehicles;
- Vehicle inspection (on delivery and collection);
- Documentation management.
Your profile:
- Customer oriented;
- Proactivity;
- Empathy;
- Good communication skills;
- Consolidated IT knowledge;
- English;
- Driver’s license;
- Availability for shifts (06h to 01h / rotating days off).
