With the availability of Kiosks at Guerin airport stations, customers can finish the car rental process and check out independently. In 2022, Guerin had more than 100,000 customers using this service. 

 

 

Another time-saving measure was the creation of Key Pickup. After opening the contract, the customer receives a code/QR Code that gives them access to key pickup. Then all they must do is pick up the car, self-checkout and have more time for what's important.
